Tariq's 3rd Olympiad Competition : Inspirational Story as a Parent

 

During the 2nd week of Ramadan this year, Tariq sat for his 3rd Olympiad Competition, alhamdulillah! 🥰

And this time, it was the Japan International Science and Maths Olympiad.

The result came out last week and to our surprise, Tariq bagged one of the Individual Awards for Science, MashaAllah TabarakAllah Alhamdulillah!!🥰🥳🤩

Congratulations, sayang!!

We were super happy and proud of you!!

When Mama received the email congratulating Tariq and asking to register you for the Award Ceremony, I honestly thought it was a mistake and ignored the email!😂😂

Hahaha

Why?

Because it took Mama so long to set up your laptop according to the requirements by the Olympiad Committee.

They needed a stable internet connection (disconnected more than a few mins will result in disqualification), the correct sitting position, the correct eyes position etc.

So yes, Mama took longer time to do the above than the actual time Tariq spend answering the Olympiad questions!!😅😅

Thus, both Mama and Baba just giggled away when you happily say after 30 mins, done Mama!!.. hahaha.. terkezut both of us especially Baba!!

But we said, no worries la.

Que Sera Sera! 🥰

Because of that,  this Award was truly a surprised and terkezut one (like our hari raya!!)

So, congratulations again, sayang!! Mama and Baba are so so happy for you! 🥳🥰🥳🥰

Alhamdulillah ya Rabb! All that is good belongs to You🥰🥰🥰

Mama positioned you at the most stable internet connection Mama could find at the beach, the correct eye level, the correct sitting position, the quiet environment, did your re-registration needed on the competition day yada yada yada.. so stressful for ME!! Hahaha
