A few days ago, I received a wonderful news.
That Tariq has completed his Iqra 6 and is now ready to read the actual Quran, mashaAllah!
Alhamdulillah ya Rabb.. Only Allah knows how happy I felt!
So I took Tariq to MPH to buy his very first Quran.
From the many selections, I chose the Quran with just plain black verses.
His teacher said the Quran with colored verses might hinder Tariq’s ability to learn Tajwid on his own.
There were 3 Qurans that fit the bill and I laid them in front of Tariq.
I then opened Chapter 86 Surah At-Tariq for all the three Qurans and
recited the first 3 verses from each Quran for Tariq to listen to while
my finger pointing to each of the mentioned words..
....Bismillaahir Rahmaanir Raheem... Wassamaaa'i wattaariq....Wa maaa adraaka mattaariq... Annajmus saaqib...
Choose the Quran that Tariq feels you love the most, sayang.., I said to Tariq after reciting the 3rd Quran.
And it was like love at first sight for him.
Tariq reached for his chosen Quran and immediately held it close to his heart.
It was then I asked him to talk to his Quran because him and his new Quran are going to be good friends inshaAllah..
... As salaamu ‘alaykum Quran, my name is Tariq... Tariq wants to be
your friend.., Tariq wants to read you everyday.., Tariq wants to
remember (memorize) you... Tariq wants to understand you.. please be
Tariq’s friend... please be Tariq’s best friend.. , whispered Tariq
while still holding his Quran tight to his chest..
As Muslims,
Quran have a special relationship with us. Quran carries words of Allah,
His Guidance, His Instructions, life lessons and stories we can learn
from, words that can bring serenity and tranquility to our hearts.. and
many many more.
Quran is the miracle given by Allah to our beloved Prophet Muhammad SAW.
So thank you, thank you to all of Tariq’s Quran teachers from all Aunties in Shamiza BrainyBunch Seremban Dua and all Teachers in AlBaghdadi Playtime Centre Seremban!😍😘😘
We cannot do this without your relentless effort. May His Highest Paradise be your eternal reward, Aamiin.. 💖💖💖
