Bird Burial Ceremony - Inspirational Story as a Parent

I was inside the house when Tariq came running to me.. Mama, Mama, I found one bird. Die already. Under the tree. Kesian dia... And he said he wanted to give the bird a burial ceremony. 

So we went to the back of the house, dig a small hole and he buried the beautiful bird. Then he asked for a paper. I asked why... Because I want to draw the bird so people will know there is a bird inside, he said.

And so we did.. And after he buried the bird, he squatted down and recited duaa, a prayer for the bird to enter Paradise. 

My heart breaks and twinkles all at the same time..💗
