Eating Sambal - Inspirational Story as a Parent

Please excuse the sambal comot-ness. 

Today Tariq had fried fish for lunch. In the morning, his big brother Ateh gave him a few fish which Tariq adoringly named as Ex, Why and Zack. 

So during lunch, he put Ex, Why and Zack beside him. After a few minutes into eating, Tariq turned to me and said, Mama, my fish are looking at me..

So I said, Yes, coz you are their friend. 

And he said, No lah Mama. They look at me because I am eating their daddy...

Gulp!!
